The purpose of this application is to help us get to know you a little better. Don't stress or overthink it. Answer each question with whatever comes to mind first.

UWZ was started by two friends back in 2006. When they first opened nobody came to play and they made a lot of mistakes - understandable since both of them were in their 20s. They were persistant though, and after a while they found their stride until the park became the highest rated and most popular paintball venue in Houston. Today, we focus on special events like birthdays, bachelor parties, and corporate training events for companies that aren't afraid to think outside the box.

We don't have titles, we have responsibilities. We don't have seniority, we have performance. We don't tell people what to do, we ask them to solve problems. We don't care what you look like, where you come from, or if you're a little weird. We do care that you are a good person, are low drama, and sincerely want to make a difference in the world. UWZ is not for everyone. It's a family.
